All panels are shipped in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage and ensure the materials arrive in perfect condition on the pallet. Some boxes can be shipped as separate shipments and arrive with a few days difference.

Walls To Go systems for designs with fixed height and width arrive pre-cut to the correct lengths based on the selected design, so installation is fast and requires minimal cutting. Some designs allow to fit to the custom height of ceilings, so the parts need to be cut accordingly. Cutting is simple (in most cases just with utility knife or table saw) – the detailed instructions are available on the website and the installation diagram comes with each order.

Yes—our panels adhere well to painted surfaces. Wallpaper should be removed or properly secured before installation. The most important factor is a flatness of your wall to avoid any bumping or curved surfaces.

Yes—you can install the wall yourself using our step-by-step instructions; most customers complete installation within a few hours. A handyman can also do it if you prefer.

Basic tools such as a level, tape measure, caulking gun (for adhesive), and optional finishing nails are usually enough for a clean installation.

You can install it “dry” using an MDF backing sheet and remove it later with minimal repairs (only small nail holes), making it rental-friendly.

Simply make sure the wall surface is clean, dry, and reasonably flat so the panels adhere and align properly.

Just wipe it with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth; no special cleaning products are needed.
